Firmly rooted in her own personal and professional philosophy, Erin believes that “People Don’t Care How Much You Know Until You Show How Much You Care.” Her clients throughout her 18+ years of experience would enthusiastically agree that Erin is extremely knowledgeable but has an even bigger heart.
Erin started her career in Real Estate working in one of the most diverse real estate markets; Santa Fe, NM. She has worked with investors, builders, first time home buyers, regular market buyers and sellers, luxury homes, commercial transactions, and property management. Originally from Odessa, TX, she embraced the chance to return to Texas, specifically Austin, in 2011. Erin believes being a transplant is an advantage, allowing her to empathize with out-of-town buyers on the big leap ahead, and help Austinites see our diverse capital through a fresh pair of eyes.
Erin has an extensive background in building and construction. She has experience in everything from remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and historical properties to working side-by-side with her husband/builder in the design and construction of new homes. Her expertise is of great value to Buyers wanting to purchase New Builds as well as Resales. She helps her clients “see” a property, both its assets and defects. With Sellers, Erin helps them determine what needs to be done before putting their home on the market; what corrections are essential to sell their property for top dollar and which items will not necessarily benefit them financially.
When she’s not helping clients, Erin enjoys riding horses (she’s fluent in “horse”), renovating her century-old farmhouse, and spending time with her family.
