I chose Staci on a recommendation from a friend. It was one of the best choices I could have made in regards to this process. She listened to what I wanted and was there for me when things started to feel a bit overwhelming. She advocated for me every step of the way. Being a first time home buyers I didn’t know what to expect and Staci walked me through everything, she even reached out to the necessary people for me when my questions were beyond what her job entailed. Erin Rundall was amazing. My fiance and I are about 5 hours from the Des Moines area, and were looking to purchase a house there for an upcoming move. Erin took a huge chunk of her time to meet us for the day to show us the area, tell us all about Des Moines, the cool spots around town, its history, its culture, and much more. She is very knowledgable and had a lot of good insights to share. She was respectful of our budget and desires for our house, and did a good job getting to understand what we were looking for. Despite the fact that we are unfortunately no longer moving to Des Moines due to outside factors, I couldn't recommend her and her team enough.

The Rundall group was simply phenomenal with my homebuying experience, and I can say that without bias. Trust me, my "good reviews" are not a given. I remember the entire process well, and each member who assisted. Staci Burr was my realtor, and was with me legit every step of the way, which I needed as a first-time homeowner. She also consistently stayed up-to-date with my lender, who's an affiliate of their's. I once tried to get a home through Century 21, as well as Re/Max and Iowa Reality, and all three experiences were NOT IT.
