Originally from North Carolina, Erin has made Boston her home for nearly two decades, having lived in the South End for years before joining the Jamaica Plain/Roslindale communities, where she currently lives with her wife.
As an attorney for years, Erin represented clients in connection with new condominium development matters, real estate closings, and with a variety of landlord/tenant issues. It was during this time that Erin fell in love with the real estate profession and went on to further develop her legal and sales skills at Otis & Ahearn, a residential brokerage firm, before founding Foundation Realty Group where she worked for 13 years as a Broker/Owner. These experiences have afforded Erin the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of Boston and suburban real estate market data and trends.
Erin understands that purchasing a home is the largest and most important decision a person will make during their lifetime, and that each client is unique. With that understanding, Erin listens and adjusts her strategy to match the distinct needs of each buyer or seller in order to find practical solutions that are tailored to each client’s emotional and logistical needs. Erin’s experienced approach, combined with her strong commitment to ethical and strategic business practices, make her an exceptional ally and advocate for each of her clients. Whether working with buyers or sellers, towards the suburbs or into the heart of downtown, Erin is armed with the skills necessary to provide her clients with quality representation and impeccable service.
Erin specializes primarily in the purchase and sale of condominium, single family and multi-family properties in and around the city of Boston and the immediate suburbs. Erin has worked extensively with first-time home buyers, repeat clients and their friends and family, as well as investors.
Erin is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, live music, friends and most importantly, family.
