Erin Smith

Erin Smith joined Stream Realty Partners in 2024, taking on the role of Transaction Coordinator for the Industrial Team. Her primary duties involve guiding the transactional journey from initiation to completion while serving as a liaison between clients, brokers, and stakeholders. Additionally, she oversees event coordination and bridges communication between brokers and marketing for various client-related projects and deliverables.

Before joining Stream, Erin held dual roles as the Association Manager for the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® while also serving as the Director of Operations for the SIOR Georgia Chapter. In these capacities, she spearheaded dynamic initiatives to foster membership growth, aiming to connect and expand the Commercial Real Estate community. Erin directed various committees, played a pivotal role in managing various budgets and securing essential resources, organized and executed impactful events, and developed tailored educational programs. Additionally, she served as the primary liaison for over 2700 members, ensuring seamless communication and support. In her free time, Erin enjoys hiking, attending concerts, traveling and spending time with her Alaskan Klee Kai, Kodah.
