About EsTera

EsTera happened to grow up overseas. Throughout her life, she moved an exponential amount of times. Others might find it intimidating and uncomfortable, but she enjoyed it; quite frankly, she found it exciting. Every home and location she lived in had its own “flavor” to it but we always managed to make it our own. She created memories as months and years went by. She credits her interest in real estate to those early years spent in Europe moving from one house to another.
EsTera relocated to the United States in 2000 and her first serious job was managing a construction company. Soon after, she started working for a short sale processing company. She had accumulated 10-years of experience with short sales nationwide. Working in construction management and short sales processing required strong negotiation skills, which she happens to possess. With room for every persons personal improvement these skills only advanced throughout the years.
She genuinely enjoy working with people and have always thrived in a fast-paced environment with many different personalities. This type of experience makes you a better listener. She believes that listening leads to understanding your clients’ wants and needs, which in turn results in great customer service.
Prior to diving into the real estate world, she was an internationally acclaimed professional ballroom dancer with a career spanning 15 years. Ballroom dancing is the intersection of athleticism and the performing arts and she was very grateful to have had this experience. It taught her perseverance and nurtured the ability to not shy away from a competitive environment as well as work through stressful situations.
She has a degree in languages and management and am fluent in English, Lithuanian and Russian. Her hobbies include traveling, teaching private dance lessons and charitable work with Rotary International. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, she helped plan and execute everything from events to fundraisers in the U.S. and abroad.
She joined Conlon Real Estate Company which has been a wonderful learning experience thus far accelerating my growth as a real estate professional. Nothing makes me happier than being a part of this incredibly knowledgeable and passionate real estate family.
