Esther is not your typical real estate agent. She will likely complain to you about something goin on in her life, and she may be running late; HOWEVER, she always acts with your best interests and works extremely hard to find you the right home. She truly cares about her clients and always acts with integrity. In particular, Esther is very knowledgeable about the Westchester and lower Hudson valley housing markets. She has sold many properties in the area and can with ease give you an idea for what is priced above market, at market, or below market.

Five stars, if you can wade past the slightly prickly exterior!

Esther is the most patient and understanding realtor I've ever worked with. I reached out to Esther ~two years ago about my interest in buying a home, but explained that I wasn't financially ready to take the plunge. Esther shared properties with me via email, though remained respectful of my wishes to post-pone the search until my husband and I were ready. Esther is an anomaly amongst Real Estate Professionals. She is the ultimate class act!
My wife and my lease was ending. I put out a big Help on Nextdoor Neighbors. Looking for a 3bdrm 3 bath that allows small dogs. Esther responded with a kind email, asked some questions and then followed up with several possible listings. She wasn’t pushy, was always grateful for our feedback and genuinely tried to help us by emailing us with consistent possibilities. As it turns out, unfortunately for Esther, we found a place on our own in CT. Even without getting a fee. Esther was genuinely happy for us. Because Esther lives by the philosophy what goes around eventually does come around.

She doesn't just show you a property - she rigorously inspects every detail of it with you as if it were her own property she was considering purchasing! Esther's knowledge and advice throughout the viewings was invaluably helpful in deciding to make an offer. My husband and I connected with Esther a few years ago when we were interested in buying a specific house we had seen online. From the very beginning, Esther was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. She guided us skillfully through the initial viewing, inspection, communications with lawyers, and negotiations with the sellers. She also helped connect us to mortgage professionals. It ended up being a complicated situation, and there was a lot of back and forth between our lawyer, the sellers' lawyer, and our respective brokers. Esther never wavered. She was always ready to do whatever needed to be done, and she gave us beneficial advice (which, as first-time home buyers, we really needed). It was clear that she was a seasoned agent who had "seen it all" before. In the end, we walked away from that house, and Esther showed us several other properties. She was flexible and attentive in her scheduling to ensure we didn't miss out on anything by getting in the game too late. Ultimately, we decided not to buy at all for the time being, and we parted with Esther on good terms. But if we ever decide again to buy a house (and we may), Esther is the first person we'll call! Based on our experience, we recommend her highly to anyone thinking of buying property in Westchester. She knows what she's doing, and she will make it happen for you.

Esther was very patient with my elderly parents who were planning to downsize from a home they lived in and loved for 40 years. She was very understanding of their dilemma. My parents eventually decided not to sell, but Esther still keeps in touch with them -- something I really appreciate! My mother passed recently, and my father is still not ready to sell. When he is ready, or when I have to sell the house for him, I know what realtor to use! She knows the comps in the area and knows how to stage a house to make it marketable.
