Esther is not your typical real estate agent. She will likely complain to you about something goin on in her life, and she may be running late; HOWEVER, she always acts with your best interests and works extremely hard to find you the right home. She truly cares about her clients and always acts with integrity. In particular, Esther is very knowledgeable about the Westchester and lower Hudson valley housing markets. She has sold many properties in the area and can with ease give you an idea for what is priced above market, at market, or below market.

My husband and I connected with Esther a few years ago when we were interested in buying a specific house we had seen online. From the very beginning, Esther was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. She guided us skillfully through the initial viewing, inspection, communications with lawyers, and negotiations with the sellers. She also helped connect us to mortgage professionals. It ended up being a complicated situation, and there was a lot of back and forth between our lawyer, the sellers' lawyer, and our respective brokers. Esther never wavered. She was always ready to do whatever needed to be done, and she gave us beneficial advice (which, as first-time home buyers, we really needed). It was clear that she was a seasoned agent who had "seen it all" before. In the end, we walked away from that house, and Esther showed us several other properties. She was flexible and attentive in her scheduling to ensure we didn't miss out on anything by getting in the game too late. Ultimately, we decided not to buy at all for the time being, and we parted with Esther on good terms. But if we ever decide again to buy a house (and we may), Esther is the first person we'll call!
