Esther Guy joined the Benchmark Team in December 2006. She has been a full-time agent for five years. Esther is a professional that has the desire to help people find their perfect home or investment property. She specializes in residential new construction, pre-existing homes, and foreclosures. Esther has extensive knowledge of real estate in the Memphis area including; Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton Counties, and Desoto county in Mississippi. She was the agent of the quarter for three consecutive quarters in 2008 and 2009. She goes beyond what is expected to make the process of buying or selling as positive as possible.
