Originally from Zurich, Switzerland, Esther grew up surrounded by the country's famous mountains, precision watches, and delicious chocolate. She majored in accounting and economics before moving to Florida in 1999 with her partner, Andre, an expert in residential custom design and coastal construction. Esther received her Realtor's license in 2001 and has since lived and worked on the Cape Haze Peninsula. She is passionate about real estate because it gives her the opportunity to connect with people.
Fluent in German and English, with some knowledge of Spanish, Italian, and French, Esther can effectively communicate with international buyers. She regularly travels to Europe with a team of professionals to speak at Florida Sun Seminars, promoting Florida's real estate opportunities to potential investors. These road shows allow overseas buyers to make investment decisions in their native language.
In addition to her real estate work, Esther owns Sunny Dreams Factory LLC, a property management and vacation rental service. Her team currently manages over 45 properties, and she frequently assists vacationers in finding permanent homes in Southwest Florida.
