Since 2011, I have been making the rounds all over the Athens and surrounding areas to help people take big steps in growing their wealth through real estate. Over 275 transactions as an Agent and now Associate Broker to date in all the counties around Athens and up to Gainesville/Hall and east to Hartwell/Elbert Counties. Investment property cannot be contained by borders, so I have definitely ventured out to all over Georgia, and into Florida, SC, NC, Alabama, and Tennessee. For 30 years I have been involved investment and property management at all stages including research, acquisition, renovation, and maintenance.
June of 2018 marked my first investment into self-storage, and I subsequently dove headfirst into operations and capital improvements, learning from the ground up. Then, in January 2021, I made my first purchase of a mobile home park.
Even further back to January 2014, I founded the Athens Real Estate Investment Association. This is a club where people at all stages and levels of investing in real estate have been meeting, learning, and doing deals growing their net worth.
On a more personal note, I was born and raised in the Atlanta metro area with three younger brothers. I was the first in my family, including parents and grandparents, to graduate from college. I earned my degree from UGA with a focus on Real Estate and am almost bilingual in Spanish. In 2011, I married the amazing Rachel, and by 2018, we were blessed with five kids of our own! We are now homeschooling and recently found a new church home at Good Shepherd in 2024 (call me if you need insight on other churches in the area). We have now decided to call the Athens area our forever home.
