Ethan Schelin

Mr. Schelin is a Partner and co-founder of Schelin Uldricks & Co. He is responsible for co-managing the origination, placement, and closing of transactions as well as implementing the strategic direction of the firm.

Previously, Mr. Schelin was the President of Virtua Credit Corporation, where he arranged institutional capital for over $1B in real estate projects affiliated with the Virtua Partners Organization. Prior to Virtua, he was a Director for Newport Beach-based Landmark Capital Advisors and Beverly Hills-based Lucent Capital, where he originated, structured and placed debt & equity capital for complex commercial real estate transactions totaling over $750 MM in value. Mr. Schelin has also held positions in acquisitions and asset management during his real estate finance career.
