Ethan has over six years of experience working in commercial brokerage at the Foundation Group. Earlier on in his career he focused solely on multifamily apartment buildings within King County. As cap rates continued to compress in the greater Seattle area, he was able to home in on other markets that produced better returns as rents increased all over the state. Since 2020 Ethan has brokered not only multifamily but self-storage, mobile home parks and developable land giving his investment clientele a diversified perspective into the available options for 1031 exchanges and general acquisitions. As the market continues to change, Ethan’s clients can depend on him to continue to find investments with viable returns, advise on value-add opportunities, and recommend qualified experts within the commercial lending industry to assist in acquiring assets.
Ethan has a knack for alternative marketing practices and successfully scouts new business by way of email, phone calls, and mail campaigns. A consistent marketing strategy has kept their clients informed regarding changes in the multifamily market as well as public policy for landlords statewide.
