Eugene Pak

Eugene has been a Sales Manager and Broker Associate at Compass since mid-2018. Prior to moving to Compass, Eugene has been advising clients and agents since 2002.

Eugene, originally from NYC, moved to the Bay Area in 1991 to attend UC Berkeley. He graduated in 1995 with a BA in Rhetoric w/ honors. Eugene also has a legal background having worked as a paralegal and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2000. After graduating from law school, he immediately went into consulting in commercial real estate, advising top telecommunication companies and building their cellular networks.

Then in 2002, he was drawn into residential real estate (mom was a realtor, dad invested in real estate). Eugene capitalized on his legal background and developed negotiation skills to successfully serve his extensive client base. In 2013, Eugene acted upon his growing desire to teach agents and help them grow their businesses and joined a boutique brokerage to help manage over 250 agents throughout the Bay Area.

Always looking for opportunity to gain experience and effect positive change, he joined Compass in 2018. Combining his developed skill set from consulting, law and sales, and his passion to help others, Eugene continues to serve Compass agents and their clients.
