I moved to the Triangle area from Sweden in 1996 -relocation. This beautiful area became my home after what we thought would only be a short 2 year stay. My family and I have fallen in love with North Carolina. I have moved many times in my life and I can say from my heart that this is the place where I really feel at home. Amongst other things, I really enjoy the friendly people, wonderful weather and beautiful nature. What else can you ask for?

We first contacted Eva over a year ago from one of her listings on Realtor.com. She has been in regular contact with us via email. We live in Florida and wanted to purchase a home in the Raleigh, NC area. She was very diligent in keeping us informed on the various properties and market trends. She LISTENED to our requirements for the ideal home. We traveled to NC and met with Eva. She worked very diligently and professionally to find and show us target properties. We ultimately purchased a home. Eva worked very hard in consummating the transaction. We needed to close within a week. Eva was able to complete the entire closing process within this time frame.
