Eva helped me sell my two properties and helped us find our dream home in a matter of 4 months. She made it seamless what felt like a Herculean and stressful task in the middle of a busy work summer. She took time to project manage the whole process in a way where I had little to worry about. In addition, she knew exactly what needed to be done to the house to get top dollar! Her negotiation skills are superb, and she's honest and straightforward. She's personable and well respected with other realtors, and her personality is what helped us nail our dream home! I met Eva at an open house four years before we officially decided to buy a home. I have worked and met many realtors in the past, and Eva stood out from the rest. I always kept her contact information, and when I was ready to buy four years later, I contacted her. She's honest, and she knows all the emotions that go with the house buying process, and led us to our dream house. At times we wanted to go forward with other homes as we developed housing search exhaustion, and Eva was honest and pointed out what we were feeling and wanted to ensure we wouldn't have buyers remorse. We ended up with the home we always wanted. You are in great hands with Eva!

Eva is just the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable and is always happy to answer questions, even seemingly trivial ones. The process of buying a home can be daunting and confusing, but her clients don’t have to stress because they feel like they are in capable hands. In this market, it is crucial to have someone in your corner who can advocate for you, and Eva does that. She is excellent at making connections with other realtors and finding a way in right where you need one. She intently listens to what is most important to her clients, and this allows her to streamline the home search to exactly what they are looking for. She knows which house will feel like home to each of her clients, and is truly invested in their happiness.

We would repeat 2020 just to work with Eva. Just kidding :) But truly, Eva was an unexpected source of support and stability during a difficult time. The housing market brought many challenges, but she took on each one with an exceptional amount of patience and grace, guiding us through every step as if we were her only clients -- and she made it look easy. In the end, she helped us find a new home that is perfect for us AND sold our previous home before it even hit the market. We would like to start off by saying you cannot go wrong with choosing Eva Swersey as your real estate agent! We recently purchased our first home in the NOVA area and are still in shock at how easy and smooth Eva made the entire process. She will walk you through each step of the process, answer any and all questions you have (even if you think they are silly). She always has your needs and house dreams at the top of her priority list. We won on the first house we put in an offer on and were told by the seller side that one of the big reasons we did was because Eva stayed in constant communication with them before and during the offer submission and review process and how great she was for the selling agent to work with. Eva, we cannot thank you enough for making our first house dreams come true!

I can’t say enough positive things about Eva! She was knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale, offering advice and guidance for getting the house ready for sale, and of course, handling the sale itself. I am definitely a “hands-on” type of person and appreciated Eva’s willingness to listen to my strategies and opinions, and then provide advice (with supporting info) to finalize a strategy that we were comfortable with and more importantly, that worked! She’s knows the market and it’s trends! Her expertise was key to moving our sale date up by a month and pricing it for the best exposure to the demographic we knew would love our home and neighborhood. She was spot-on and it resulted in a sale the first weekend it went on the market—and for multiple offers of $50K over our price! As I said in the beginning, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Eva! Highly recommend her!

She negotiated the heck out of the FOUR offers we received and in the end, she got me exactly what I wanted with a quick and painless closing. You can't find a better Real Estate Agent than Eva! She helped us find our first rental home in 2018 and then a year later showed us the value of buying and helped us through the process. She was very patient as we looked at both rentals and sales. After showing us many houses, she knew exactly what we needed and the neighborhood which would suit us best. We started our search in March and closed on a great townhome at the beginning of May! We love our new home thanks to Eva.
