About Eva

Eva Ustupski is pleased to announce her move to @properties. Prior to joining @properties, Eva worked for several real estate developers helping in the development and sales of several new construction buildings in the Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukranian Village and Humboldt Park neighborhoods.

Astounded by the ecstatic enthusiasm of all the @ agents she has had a pleasure of working with in the past, Eva was convinced that @properties was exactly what she was looking for. Here, instead of “doing everything else”, she takes advantage of the Company’s excellent administrative and technological support staff and focuses her time and energy on what she does best – connecting with clients and closing deals.

A graduate of Dominican University, River Forest, IL, Eva holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and previous to joining the real estate world in 2004, worked as a computer analyst for one of the world’s top ten Fortune 500 companies. Eva is also fluent in Polish and majored in Spanish as an undergrad.

From site selection and acquisition to construction cost analysis, Eva carries extensive experience in dealing with even the most complex issues related to new construction. Eva is also very knowledgeable on historic property sales and development.
First generation, Eva was born to hardworking, blue collared parents in the Back-of-the-Yard’s neighborhood who raised her to appreciate Chicago’s diversity. Currently in the southwest suburbs, Eva lives with her family and in her spare time enjoys shopping, restaurants, and traveling.
