I started in real estate in 1988 and have specialized in the disposition of bank/government owned properties since 1992. I have my bachelor’s degree in marketing from Cal State San Bernardino and I have attended many educational classes/summits in real estate to increase my knowledge in the default industry and stay updated in changes within the industry. I was HUD certified in 1992, and specialized in HUD, VA and USDA foreclosures. I have attended and gone through the REO-A certified program as well as VRM University and more recently I attended the REOMAC convention in Palm Desert as well as other REO related seminars/summits to stay on top of new updates and technologies in the industry. I have a great team that supports me in all aspects of the REO disposition process and helps me streamline the entire process from beginning to end. My clients that I represent include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae (through outsourcers), Green River, PMH, Chase (Outsourcers), Bank of America, IAS, and OCWEN (when they used brokers) and Countrywide (prior to BOA). I feel my years of experience as well as my knowledgeable staff would be an asset to any company trying to find that perfect agent.
