Evan helped my wife and I to find our new home. I can literally say that we never would have found our place without him. Evan is relentless and seems to be working around the clock on your behalf. Evan was very attentive and listened to our 'must haves.' He vetted each and every property we visited in advance to validate it was a good fit before visiting.

A new home search can be an exhausting and emotional journey. We always felt taken care of with Evan. Evan helped us through the purchase of our very first home and we couldn't be happier. Honestly we knew nothing going in and put our faith in Evan that he would walk us through everything we needed to know. He did that and more! Not only does he really knows the market, he also really took the time to get to know us, our kids, an our unique needs as we looked for the perfect home for our family. Evan was incredibly easy to work with and has a "down to the earth" personality, making the complex real estate transaction a smooth process. No matter what the question Evan was able to answer. He worked proactively with our chosen lender and also had his own network of lenders ready and able to jump in should we have needed it.

We are now in our dream home, up to our eyeballs in boxes, but so thankful to Evan for the smooth and worry free purchase process.
