My wife and I found our home by using Evan as our realtor. Evan was very patient and responsive as we looked at a number of homes. We found him very knowledgeable when asked questions about the properties we looked at. He was most responsive in scheduling home viewings to fit in with our schedule. Overall working with him was a pleasure. We highly recommend him.

Evan is amazing! We purchased our very first home with Evan, and we could not be happier with the experience of having him as our realtor and representative. He is an excellent communicator, extremely present, hardworking, and friendly. We were actually supposed to use a different realtor who never called at our scheduled appointment...it was all meant to be as we got the best here in Maryland! Thank you, Evan!

Evan Phoenix is the go to realtor in the area- he is more than knowledgeable, attentive to your needs, and great at executing deals. He is very patient in making sure you find your perfect home and is not satisfied until you are.
