Evelyn helped my children buy their first home this year and they were so happy with her that when I decided to move from California to Georgia to be near them she was the only real estate agent I called. She quickly communicated with the agent selling my home and began searching for my ideal new home, which she found almost immediately! She walked me through all the steps and answered every question promptly and clearly. She negotiated expertly so that the sellers were happy accepting my bid. Then she went with me to every meeting that was scheduled. Every time I had a question she provided a prompt answer. And she worked with the best escrow company! She’s so cheerful and upbeat and positive that I feel as if I’ve known her for years. She’s a part of our extended family now.
