Leveraging his diverse experience in real estate, which spans over 15 years and encompasses both sales and marketing, he provides his sellers with short market times and high sale prices.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, and a degree in Graphic Design, Everard has a talent for helping sellers maximize their home’s aesthetic value and a complex understanding of how to implement effective marketing campaigns. To continually exceed his clients’ expectations, he utilizes professional photographers, advertises in the most widely read print and online destinations, and carefully researches the details associated with each transaction.

As a Mission Hills resident for five years and a San Diego resident for over 15, Everard draws from his in-depth knowledge of the region to match his buyers with the perfect home and lifestyle to fit their needs. Having relocated numerous times during his childhood—the result of a military upbringing—he has a strong commitment to help his clients successfully acclimate into their new surroundings.
