Born and raised in Tacoma, I graduated from the University of Washington in 1992 and moved to the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle to establish my real estate career. With decades of experience as a local agent, I help clients all along the 1-5 corridor, and I especially love helping clients find homes in North Seattle - my personal favorite area.
Over the years, I’ve ridden the ups and downs of the local market and throughout that have helped countless people find their forever homes and exciting investment opportunities. Whether prospective buyers are searching for a house, townhome, or condo my goal is to find the perfect match – and I’ve succeeded enough that some clients have lovingly referred to as the “home matchmaker”.
As a former home buying and selling instructor, I know the ins and outs of the real estate market and am well-versed in a variety of situations. I take pride in educating my clients during their journey so that they can make the best decision for their needs. No mountain is too high to climb for my clients, and I will always strive to provide a stress-free and professional experience for anyone I work with.
I enjoy many PNW activities, such as skilled stunt kite flying at Gas Works, leisurely cycling around the Burke Gilman, and stand-up paddle boarding on Green Lake in the summer months. I love making memories with my family, taking extended camping trips to the coast to play on the beach, collect shells, and fly stunt kites with my boys and my four-legged friend, Astro!
