Where do I begin?!? Awww man this has been a great experience with Everette, from the day I got the phone call that interest rates dropped and I need to put my application in, till a week after move in and he’s still checking in on me. I was hesitant at first, kept pushing my time back but I gave Everette the keys and let him drive the boat for me toward homeownership, and that’s what he did! Not a hiccup, fall thru, nothing! Closing costs, COVERED, walked into some EQUITY + extra home concessions. Everette, I can’t thank you enough. Little girl from NYC filled her dreams of becoming a homeowner at 29. Something I’ve never thought I can accomplish! This is just the beginning 💃🏽

Everette was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire home buying process! When I freaked out he remained clam, professional and transparent. He was responsive and lead the negotiations that helped me with obtaining $13,500 in closing costs from the seller! He truly goes above and beyond! Oh and at closing he was the only realtor holding a gift basket for his client!

Everette and I worked in tandem by effectively communicating goals & timeline.
