I highly recommend Evonne for her services. My husband and I were moving from across the country to Seattle and was not familiar with the area. Evonne is very knowledgeable and educated us on the housing market provided good areas to go and see. She was very responsive and her communication was very good. She not only provided good suggestions with the tough housing market but also made sure we were informed about everything throughout the process. The house we ended up buying just came on the market and Evonne reached out to us and the same day we went to see the house and an offer was put in on our behalf. We wouldn't have been able to get this house if Evonne wasn't so efficient, responsive and thorough at what she does.
