She began her Real-Estate Career in the Mid-70 in Jacksonville with Watson Corporation. During her many years spent in Jacksonville, in addition, to being a Top Realtor, she also had a side-by-side career in Radio Broadcasting Sales starting out as one of the first female salespersons in the industry at that time working at top-performing radio stations.
When FM came on the scene, she quickly elevated to Sales Management, National Sales Management, then on to VP/President of Top Radio Stations, WIVY-FM, and WFYV FM, Rock 105. She was listed in Radio’s Communique Magazine as One of the Top S Sales Persons in the State of Florida. She was appointed by the City of Jacksonville to serve on the Commission of Status of Women; she also served on multiple boards including Methodist Hospice. In joining hands with the Veterans Association & Active Military Bases she was instrumental in bringing the “Vietnam Wall” to Jacksonville where millions filled the Metropolitan Park for this emotional & educational experience
