Fabiana De Sena

Fabiana was born and raised in Brazil, and is fluent in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. She moved to NYC in 2001 where she received her BA in Political Science with a Minor in Italian language. During her college years, she had the opportunity to live in Italy and Argentina. Since then, Fabiana has visited over 22 countries and remains passionate about learning different cultures and languages. It is this passion that has enabled Fabiana to be a great communicator and effective negotiator.

Fabiana lived on the Upper East Side for 13 years where she held sales positions with the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and Rainforest Organic Distributors. Later, in 2011 she joined UBS Financial Services Private Banking working closely with her clients to facilitate multi-million dollar deals. This white-glove marketing and sales exposure eventually led Fabiana to the real estate industry.

She started her real estate career with GZB, a small brokerage firm in Manhattan where she specialized in the high-end rental market until moving to Long Island in 2015 and joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in their Manhasset office.

Fabiana’s decision to leave the corporate franchise world behind and join the Jones Hollow Family was driven largely by the fact that we are community minded, and recognize each client has different needs. Instead of focusing on the number of homes we purchase or sell, Jones Hollow focuses on Customer Service and Satisfaction. Fabiana is very excited to be a part of a team that meets her values and moral standards and at the same time offers an outstanding marketing platform with endless support to their agents and clients.

Fabiana now resides in West Islip with her family volunteering time in the community where she organizes children presentations for senior homes. Additionally, she is the chair for the marketing committee of the Council for Unity, a local organization that fights against violence and bullying by promoting leadership programs for minority children across Long Island.

Fabiana is a dedicated, enthusiastic real estate professional with experience representing both buyers and sellers. She understands outstanding personal service is necessary to achieve the best possible outcome on every transaction. With a true passion for her clients and customers, Fabiana has devoted herself to helping in the selling and buying process, knowing the importance of each decision and making the entire process as stress-free as possible.
