Best realtor out there!! She made the dream happen for us. We were able to close on our home within less then 3 months in this market. She fought to make sure all of our needs were met and everything was in prime working order and ready to move in. Fabiola is knowledgeable, hardworking, persistent, and personable. She saved us from several flops during our search for a house, simply by doing her research and paying attention to the details. Even on the back-end, in dealing with the sellers' agents, she knew when to push, ask questions, and let us know when something wasn't right in their counter offers. She was able to explain every step of the real estate process in layman's terms. She is not a passive agent but rather a go-getter, who also fully listens to and grasps her client's needs. Fabiola See goes above and beyond. I have bought and sold four homes and worked with about a dozen agents all over the country before being fortunate enough to list with her. She simply stands out from all others. A warm infectious smile, positive attitude and attention to detail only skim the surface of what Fabiola offers. I am out-of-state and she went the extra miles to send pictures, videos, solve problems, lined up contractors to complete work and even done some of the work herself. Furthermore, she laid out plans and exercised initiative to get things completed early so that they wouldn't have a chance to pose an issue later. Fabiola is amazing! We had to purchase sight unseen and we weren't going to be able to check for all the details we wanted, but Fabiola was our eyes on the source. She checked out several homes for us and led us away from homes we wouldn't have liked and helped us find the perfect spot. We went through three offers before we got where we needed and she never backed down or got discouraged.

We never found ourselves waiting for her, either. She is very responsive and involved in the process.

Fabiola's knowledge of the area and the pros and cons for the different neighborhoods was invaluable. I will definitely be working with her for any of our Virginia (Hampton Roads) real estate needs.

After doing researching the area and speaking to a handful of realtors, she left a lasting impression. She is tenacious and works for you. With my condensed time frame she would actively send me houses to review on the daily. I would ask her to view the homes and she would send detailed videos and a review of the area including the community amenities. Fabiola guided my family and to homes of our liking and when we finally decided on a home, she expeditiously got the ball rolling with the seller and the agent. We were able to find a home, close and move in within 45 days. Her attitude, professionalism, and knowledge of local lenders and the area make her a standout in her field.
