I had the pleasure of working with Fabs and could not be happier with the outcome. He helped me find a condo in Southie I wanted for the price I could afford to pay. Because he communicated well, I was able to avoid any surprises and had a seamless closing. I met Fabs at an open house when I was searching for a place in South Boston. He had a very good grasp of the marketplace, and was able to help me navigate the search, offer, and closing process.

As a first-time buyer I was in unfamiliar territory, but Fabs made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. When I had questions about location, layout of the property, appliances, utilities, etc. he listened to my concerns and helped me resolve them either by explaining or addressing in the negotiation process.

I don’t think you could expect more from a real estate agent as far as the attention I received. Fabs answered every call, e-mail, and text, and gave me access to properties when I needed to see them and at times that were convenient for me. I would recommend Fabs for his knowledge, friendliness, and genuine concern for our best interests.
