We can assist with the paperwork, with engaging a reputable home inspector, service providers and contractors, suggest skilled lenders, and submit offers and counteroffers on your behalf. For investors, we also offer our extensive experience with foreclosures and short-sales.
As your buyer’s representative, we will be on your side, looking out for your interests every step of the way, and negotiating with the seller on your behalf to ensure you get the most favorable terms. And we do so at no cost to you. Instead, we will receive an agreed upon portion of the listing agent's sales commission (usually about half), which is paid by the seller.
