Growing up in real estate wasn’t just an idea for Fayth Guzman — it was a way of life.
As the daughter of seasoned real estate professional Kurt Yoos, Fayth quite literally grew up at Realty Experts in Fremont. From tagging along to appointments to watching negotiations unfold, she saw firsthand how fulfilling and impactful this career could be. Joining the family business wasn’t just a career choice — it was a natural next chapter.
In 2019, while pregnant with her son and working at a Mandarin immersion Montessori school in Sunnyvale, Fayth made a life-changing decision. Determined to earn her real estate license before becoming a mother, she studied during the children's nap time — literally in the dark — racing against the clock. She passed her exam in October 2019, welcomed her son in February 2020, and just weeks later the world shut down due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
While navigating new motherhood during unprecedented uncertainty, Fayth was simultaneously launching her real estate career. She attended virtual meetings sleep-deprived, fielded endless calls, and took on her first listing during one of the most competitive markets in history — at one point receiving nearly 50 phone calls an hour. She learned quickly, adapted fast, and proved she could thrive under pressure.
Nearly seven years later, Fayth is a licensed Broker (since 2023), business partner to her father, and proud recipient of the 2025 Achievement Club Bronze Level Award. She is also managing a successful career as a Property Manager as of 2025.
A lifelong Bay Area resident, Fayth knows the F.U.N. cities — Fremont, Union City, and Newark — like the back of her hand. Growing up in Newark schools and frequently spending time throughout Fremont and Union City, she developed a deep understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, and community culture. Her lifelong connection to the Bay Area gives her clients true local insight that goes beyond statistics. She still likes to participate in teaching, so she does substitute from time to time at Fremont Unified School District when time allows.
With a background in history and education, Fayth brings a patient, guiding approach to every transaction. She believes clients deserve to feel heard, informed, and confident at every stage of the process. Whether navigating multiple-offer situations, pricing a home strategically, or helping first-time buyers take that leap, her goal is always the same: clear communication, strong advocacy, and calm leadership.
Fayth is deeply passionate about homeownership as a path to generational wealth. She believes that while sacrifices may be required today, the long-term impact on future generations is transformative. Helping families build that foundation is what drives her daily work.
Outside of real estate, Fayth loves traveling, experiencing new places, and spending time with her family. She is an active PTA volunteer at her son’s school and serves in the Young Women’s Presidency at her church. She’s also a proud rescue cat mom — having saved three cats left behind in a property after an eviction, proving her heart for both homes and the lives within them.
Friendly, approachable, and deeply rooted in her community, Fayth is committed to helping her clients build not just a home — but a legacy.
