Fekade is an outstanding realtor. He has a lot of knowledge in the Seattle area and its suburbs including Redmond, Bothell, Bellevue, Renton, Kent etc. He was more than willing to work around our schedules to make sure we found the right property. He went out of his way to show us numerous properties in Bellevue, Renton, Bothell and Redmond, and explaining the pros and cons for each option. He was always prompt and would go above and beyond to take calls, meet in person and respond to messages even late in the evening. He helped compiling the reports and inspection documents he could find in advance of showings us the properties to provide us a better clarity on the property. Once we made decision to put offer on the property, he guided us on the available offer options to help us on the scary bidding wars on the real estate market and it was really impactful to buy our dream house.
Fekade is really helpful for his clients with all aspects of home buying experiences. We learnt that he has many decades of experiences in this industry and also involves in a community supporting program.
We are very happy with our home buying experience, Fekade made the stressful buying process very easy for us. I would recommend his service to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell properties.
