She is active in her condo association, serving as Vice President of the Board of Managers, and in the Junior League of Central Westchester as an Advisor and past Secretary.

In her former career, Felice was both a teacher and a guidance counselor in the New York City public schools, where she earned the distinction of the Guidance Counselor Recognition Day Award in appreciation of dedicated service on behalf of New York City students and their families.
