When Felicia was younger, she witnessed her mom struggling through the home-buying process as one of the first people in their family to purchase a home.

The process was exceedingly difficult, as she was receiving poor guidance from the real estate agents she was working with. It did not feel fair... she worked tirelessly to save up enough money to finally purchase a home, all on her own. Luckily, Felicia’s mom is very persistent, so this story has a happy ending: she became a first-time homeowner. Now her home is worth three times the amount she purchased it for! This is a prime example of how real estate builds generational wealth. It has changed the trajectory of their family forever.

A decade later her mom’s experience was fresh in her mind as she jumped headfirst into the real estate industry. Felicia set out to help people avoid the headache and heartache that often come with buying or selling real estate. While this process can be intense, she goes the extra mile for her clients.

Felicia studied Psychology at UC Davis and worked as a full-time nanny before diving into real estate. The top quality that she has retained from this background is patience! Real estate transactions can throw some curveballs and she can remain patient while advocating for her clients.
