Felipe Alvarez was a below average student but still managed to get accepted to a private boy’s college preparatory school. Felipe Studied hard and enjoyed learning. He was able to earn honors as a Valedictorian and earn a full scholarship to USC. He was accepted into the Aerospace Engineering School but transfer to the Business School. After college he moved to Orange County, California where he now lives.
Felipe was involved in corporate banking from 1976 to 1986. He worked at several departments, including, ADP, NCR Processing, Federal Reserve Unit, Bond Unit, Institutional Trust and International Banking.
Felipe Alvarez has been involved in real estate since 1996, and mortgage banking since 1986. He has represented clients' properties in all five Southern California Counties. Felipe’s finance background has enhanced his experience and knowledge in the real estate market, to the benefit of his client's transactions and negotiations.
When not working, Felipe enjoys traveling to other lands and enjoy other cultures. From the exciting streets of Paris to the adventurous rivers of the Amazon Jungle. But even when traveling it is hard to get away from work as he has represented various clients in the past with their international transactions; in the beach communities of Mexico, Central America and South America.
My favorite thing to do outside work is go on Christian mission trips around the world to help build homes for the poor, teach business start up classes, help with orphanages or any other area needed.
