As a first time home buyer, I didn't really know where to begin and it can be a very overwhelming process. Aneury was an excellent real estate agent and started me off with several listings custom tailored to my budget and "must haves" in a home. During those showings, he thoroughly answered all of my questions and walked me through the step by step process of what it would take to submit an offer and close on a property. He wasn't pushy at all and had excellent follow up throughout. But what impressed me most was when he sent me a financial analysis that broke out the total cost of ownership for each property (e.g. not just the listing price, but also closing fees, calculation of taxes, minimum down payment, HOA fees, etc.). I've worked with a couple agents thus far, but the experience with Aneury was vastly superior. I didn't end up moving forward with any of the properties since the market right now seems pretty volatile, but when I am eventually ready to buy Aneury is going to be first person I call.
