Fernando is an awesome agent, who knows what he is doing. He helped me purchase my new home (first) back in 2016 and also helped me sell the same house at the listed price. The best thing about him is his genuine personal touch whether be it buying or selling which a very few folks bring to the table. He really cares in what you invest and also cares for you maximizing your returns. I would definitely recommend him and you will not go wrong with him!!!!

Working with Fernando was the best experience I have had working with a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty...which I didn't always experience with other realtors that seemed to be on their own agendas. I will work with him again when the time comes.
