We are a couple that our dream of buying our first home was very far and unattainable as the market requirements and bad information created insecurity. Fernando was instrumental to my family during the searching for a home and all of the way until closing. From the first conversation Fernando was very attentive to ensure he understood what we were looking for, it honestly felt as if we knew him already. I can go on and on so instead Ill do the pros and cons list:
Pros: Always on time w/calls or meetings.
Flexible when we needed him to be.
Up front and honest from the begining.
It always felt we were his only customers even though we knew we werent.
Really everything you would want and more in the person helping you find or sell a house.
