My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Fernando. Having bought and sold numerous homes in 4 States over four decades, we can confirm that he is an excellent Realtor. In addition he is hard working, diligent, and easy to reach. We had a worn-out rental rental house to sell, we followed his recommendations for repairs to get the house have great appeal for its price range. We followed his marketing scheme to get great response and had it sold in three days, which is exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased and highly recommend him.

When we initially looked for a home, we did find one and go under contract, but eventually it fell through and we rented for a year. When we were ready to buy our home, Fernando was there and he was amazing through the entire process, including when our closing was pushed back twice by the builder, he made it happen. We were interested in a home I saw for sale online. Fernando answered our inquiry in 30 seconds! He set up our walk through and, when we immediately decided to make an offer, he helped us through the process every step of the way. We got the house which meant we had to sell our condo! Within 5 days of listing we had 13 showings and five different offers. We accepted an offer over our original list price on the fifth day. Through the rest of the buy and sell process Fernando kept us informed as to what was happening, what to expect and the final closings for both. He was professional, knowledgeable and SO helpful every step of the way! Can't thank him enough.

He was extremely attentive and helpful through all of our questions, which as a first time home buyer, you have a lot of those. His patience and understanding also cannot go without being mentioned. Buying a home, even if it's not your first, is one of those experiences that comes with so many emotions; you're scared, excited, nervous, unsure....Mr. Valle was such a key part in getting us through this process unscathed (because of his knowledge (and resources!) we felt like we were in good hands), empowered and coming out the other end with literally, exactly what we wanted. The first time we connected, I was actually seeking to rent a home. We couldn't find much that matched all of our criteria, so we ended up staying where we were. It never escaped me that he was so helpful, so prompt, so professional, even without getting anything out of the deal...Connecting with him again on this home owner journey really just sealed the deal for me. So grateful to have built a forever relationship with such a quality person with his skill, his temperament, his amount of care about what we wanted and needed. Always happy to hear from him when he checks in on us and because of him we cannot wait to do it all over again!!
