Finley Askin serves as Vice President of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and secondary Midwestern markets. Clients appreciate Finley’s honest and direct approach as well as his background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Since 2019, Finley has personally led the execution of transactions involving over 150 properties comprised of more than 3,500 apartment units for an excess of $200 million. Before joining Matthews™, Finley worked at a national brokerage firm where he consistently ranked as one of the top brokers.

Finley previously worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group where he assisted Fortune 500 companies in multibillion-dollar international acquisitions.
