FLAVIO BERNY

I am a Real Estate Broker with many years of experience in both Residential Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. This allows for my clients to buy and sell their homes much more efficiently. Understanding both aspects are key to managing a successful transaction. I offer responsiveness as I do the work and do not pass off key duties to subordinates. My highest-rated skill is that I treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve. I am easy to get along with and have a good sense of humor.

I see buying and selling a home as an important milestone in people’s lives and I am honored when given the opportunity to guide someone in this endeavor. I am a sports enthusiast and like to keep up on economics, current events, and my community. I enjoy activities such as hiking, gardening, reading, traveling and interacting with family and friends.

My career started in the mortgage industry in 1988 after graduating from Whittier College. Previous to that, I attended Montebello High School. I worked in lending origination, underwriting, and operations. In 1998 I earned my Real Estate Broker License and ran a mortgage company. I eventually transitioned into residential real estate as it has proved to be a more enriching experience. I am married with two kids whom attended Chino Valley Schools. I have been greatly involved in youth sports activities and am also a member of St. Paul The Apostle Church.
