About Florie

Florie Gage came to Southwest Florida from Michigan over 15 years ago after many years in the automotive industry in Detroit, where she was one of the first woman purchasing agents in the business. She started her real estate career in Florida as soon as she moved here and her experience in negotiating with suppliers in Detroit is one of the reasons, she is so successful at negotiating real estate deals. Florie can feel and understand her clients’ needs, then put forth the effort needed to meet those needs and structure the perfect deal for them.

Florie loves living in Florida and thinks everyone else should be as happy as she is! She and her husband, Ray lived in Downtown Fort Myers for many years; so Florie is a huge supporter of the benefits of living in the River District and what it has to offer. They now live in Colonial Country Club, so Florie can also tell you all the advantages of living in a gated, golf course community!
Florie is an active member of the Women’s Counsel of Realtors, where she has served on the Board. She is also a three-time recipient of the 5 Star Real Estate Professional Award, which is presented to the top 5% of real estate agents in the Gulf shore area.
When Florie is not busy selling real estate, she and Ray love to read, entertain, spend time with friends and travel.
