Forest is one of the most honest people I have known. This is why I went with him in the first place. I heard of his personal reputation even outside of his job. He truly does go above and beyond. He even helped me with things I would never expect from an agent. During a open house, he swept up the driveway, walkway and even pulled weeds. Totally unexpected and very appreciated. This guy is not just a stiff behind a desk kind of guy. He will roll up his sleeves and do hard work. I highly recommend Forest and am very pleased with his hard work, sincerity and professionalism

From the start, I could tell Forest would be great to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had an abundance of questions and Forest always had an answer. I called any day of the week at random times and he always made time to make sure all of my questions were answered when we were on the phone. He made this process stress free and worked around my very demanding work schedule. He also made it clear he didn’t want to push me into making any decisions on houses that I wasn’t comfortable with. You can tell he actually cares, and isn’t doing this just for the money. First time buyers, if you’re looking for an agent, go with Forest. He will make the sure the home buying process goes as smooth as possible!
