About Fran

Fran Knoll is a lifelong North Dakota resident, living in the Bismarck/Mandan area since 1978, a graduate of Century High School, and college graduate with a degree in Graphic Design and Communications.

In addition to being a Realtor with Capital Real Estate Partners, Fran is the area’s mobile home expert, selling more than 2200 homes since 1996. Fran has renovated many homes and loves to share tips on refreshing and fine-tuning a property, decluttering and staging to optimize its potential. Bringing out the creative potential of a home is one of the most enjoyable aspects of working with her clients. As a previous board member of a Bismarck condominium association, Fran is versed in bylaws and condo financing requirements.

The philosophy and ethics practiced by Capital Real Estate Partners are those most important to Fran also; respect, accountability, honesty and a high level of communication. Over the years, Fran has built lasting friendships with many of her clients because she considers her career as a Realtor to be not only a business but a personal relationship between agent and client.

As an advocate for pet adoption, Fran has volunteered at local shelters over the years and believes all animals deserve a loving home of their dreams too. She has played matchmaker with many clients and pets needing "furever" homes.At each closing, she contributes a portion of commission to a local rescue.
