Fran Knoll

Fran Knoll is a lifelong North Dakota resident, living in the Bismarck/Mandan area since 1978, a graduate of Century High School, and college graduate with a degree in Graphic Design and Communications. In addition to being a Realtor with Re/Max Capital, Fran is the broker/agent of Mobile Home Listing & Sales, LLC, selling over 1900 manufactured homes since 1996. She also owns a professional organizing company, Declutterbugs, LLC. Fran has renovated many homes and loves to share tips on refreshing and fine-tuning a property, decluttering and staging to optimize it's potential. Bringing out the creative potential of a home is one of the most enjoyable aspects of working with her clients. As a previous board member of a Bismarck condominium association, Fran is versed in bylaws and condo financing requirements.

The philosophy and ethics practiced by Re/Max Capital, are those most important to Fran also; respect, accountability, honesty and a high level of communication. Over the years, Fran has built lasting friendships with many of her clients because she considers her career as a Realtor is not only a business but a personal relationship between agent and client.

As an advocate for pet adoption, Fran has volunteered at local shelters over the years and believes all animals deserve a loving home of their dreams too. She has played matchmaker with many clients and pets needing "furever" homes.
