We drove 2 hours north to look at land to find a gate we could not get in. At the gate, we called the company we saw the land listed by and they called Francene to see if she could help us out. Within minutes, Francene was at the gate with listings in hand. She showed us all available properties and had a contract written by night fall. She is so kind and spent a lot of time with us talking about the community and the land and was so knowledgeable about the area. She has even sent us pics of our cabin as it is being built. I highly recommend using Francene if you want A+ service.

Francene is the entire package! She has lived in Arizona her entire life. She knows the Phoenix area as well as the northern parts ideal for second homes. She knows her stuff! We bought a gorgeous piece of land up in Happy Jack that one day we will build a cabin on. Thanks Francene!
