Frances and her family relocated to Virginia seven years ago when she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, which had always piqued her interest. She quickly made her mark and was at the settlement table within forty-five days of being licensed. Since then, she has been a Top Producer here at Avery-Hess and has ranked within the top five in sales the past three years. Frances has now branched off on her own and is excited about yet another great journey. Frances is originally from Puerto Rico. She is a multi-lingual agent. She speaks English and Spanish fluently and can understand a few other languages as well. Frances is a resident of Loudoun County, one of the fastest growing counties in the US. She is married to her husband and best friend, and they have two beautiful children.
