About Frances

Frances was born and raised in Ireland and received a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick. She spent three years in France doing research before moving to New York. In the 1990's, Frances established a successful construction company specializing in steel construction for commercial buildings.
