Having recently relocated from the northeast to our temporary St Pete apartment, My Wife and I were considering various areas within the Tampa / St Pete area for the purchase of our next home.
Having been through the home buying process multiple times, we knew how challenging it could be to move into a new area and not having any established contacts and knowledge of good buying agents that would be part of our team and best represent us for acquiring the type of home we were in the market for.
We made multiple contacts with various buyer agents early on in our process and by chance came across Franchelle Diveley of S&B Real Estate service when making an inquiry on a home of interest that Fran had been the buying agent.
From our initial interactions and first face to face meet, Fran immediately made a positive impression on both of us. We described what we were expecting and looking for in a buying agent and the market area rate for which we wanted to stay within. Needless to say our expectations didn't fall on deaf ears as our experience with other agents had. Fran really delivered on her commitment to us.
After many home visits and explorations in the Tampa / St Pete areas, we settled on a beautiful home in Citrus County that truly met all of our needs. Fran not only helped us go under contract, but negotiated a price even better than we had been willing to pay. Frans efforts and focus didn't stop there! again being seasoned buyers we were new to Florida and Fran thoroughly guided us through the Florida buying process and was on top of every detail to ensure a smooth closing!

Franchelle is a lovely person. She is generous and thoughtful, and has her clients’ best interest in heart.
To say that she goes out of her way is an understatement. I had to leave a place that I loved because of my aging parents. During the selling process, I was flying back and forth. Inevitably, we had some conflicts where I could not be in both places. Franchelle would always say ‘don’t worry. I can take care of it’. She was an incredible source of support.
I hope you will be fortunate to have her as your realtor. She makes the process so easy and has your interest in heart.
