Francine Lypps

Born and raised in Fallbrook, then a coastal resident of Carlsbad and Oceanside for the past twenty-five years, Francine Lypps is a true Southern California native. Having graduated from San Diego State University with a fine arts degree, she recognizes the little things that enrich individual's lives. Her positive mindset, belief in finding happiness every day, as well as love of life and family is infectious.
