Since 2003, I’ve helped low-income, first-time homebuyers navigating the complex and challenging process of purchasing affordable homes.
I set up the NCLT Community Realty Brokerage to help buyers and sellers of affordable homes, but also to help affordable housing providers create projects in their communities. And lastly, to help groups of tenants or families & friends to create collective ownership structures to own their homes together.
