Frank Bazail has been in real estate since 2002 and is now proud to be a part of the Compass Real Estate family.
He started his career as an agent where he developed a successful real estate team closing over 280 homes in 1 single year, ranking him in the Top 1% of agents in his prior brokerage. His hard work and dedication to the service of others and his commitment to excellence has propelled his real estate career to a managing broker. He led an office in Central Florida which was ranked in the top 100 offices of the entire company. He then became a member of the President's Counsel of Managers ranking him in the Top 100 Managers Nationwide.
He then moved on to lead 2 office locations in St Petersburg for 2 years where he created a dynamic real estate sales team with over 150 agents, title support, lending and other services.
Most recently he has moved on to be the Sales Manager for Compass in Ponte Vedra Fl, where he will work alongside top agents in the industry and bring an unmatched real estate experience to the local market.
