Frank is the best realtor I have come across, by far. He sold my aunt's house who had just passed away and there was no problem he couldn't handle. He dealt with all of the usual realtor-related tasks quickly and efficiently without bothering us, but also immediately found us reasonaby priced professionals to make repairs and deal with environmental issues who showed up right away and worked with Frank. He is so hands on to get the deal done that he was even up on the roof fixing a minor issue 15 minutes before the house inspection to make sure it went smoothly! This guy is amazing. He is super smart, knowledgeable and always in your corner. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Frank was great. He answered our calls, emails, and texts at all times of the day. He did all the leg work getting in touch with sellers and scheduling walk throughs and he provided insight at each property we visited that ultimately helped us to find the right place for us. Never once felt like we were a burden or that we were obligated to buy something just because he was doing all that work. He stayed available to us all the way through the closing, the move in and even after we had been in the house for sometime and we needed to contact the sellers with some appliance warranty questions. He even fixed a window screen that we found was bent after we had been in the house for a week. We really can’t say enough good things about him, highly recommend reaching out to him if you’re house hunting.

I can't say enough good things about Frank and how he helped sell my moms home. Her house was listed with a another realtor that didn't even want to do an open house and the listing price was under 300K. Once we started working with Frank he went above and beyond! He helped not only with the selling of her home but the interior/exterior painting, the floors, and made sure we had the rt ppl in place for whatever we needed. Not only did he he help in ways I never heard of a realtor doing but he got us almost 400K by the time we closed!! I Def recommend Frank and his team!!

Frank Capoano is the miracle in prayer that came into our lives. He recently sold our house in Lyndhurst within the last year, and we hit alot of tough barriers along the way. Frank didnt give up, and neither did I. We worked closely throughout the transaction, and Frank closed it. He had multiple open houses, and didnt give up on us and our property. Hired a mason to come and finish the stairs in the backyard to help the inspections get finalized out of his own pocket, and didnt ask us to pay a thing. He did this voluntarily, and in fact we came home one day to it being fixed and ready to go. He set us up with an amazing plumber as well, whom we became good friends with also, and is now my go to guy. Frank knows alot of people in the area, and has alot of connections. His knowledge is unreal, even set us up with a phenomenal lawyer company to help us with our closing. They were awesome as well. Frank kept things positive for us, even when we thought things were not going the best. He got us top dollar for our property, and more money than what we thought we were actually going to get. Franks real estate skills are second to none, and I highly recommend him for all of your sales, buying, and renting needs. You wont find a better realtor in the Lyndhurst, and Rutherford area. Please tell him Chris sent you, you wont regret it.
